het kind en zijn ontwikkeling. Ook gebruik ik de informatie die door
anderen zijn vastgesteld (denk aan collega’s, ouders/verzorgers.
Daarnaast krijg ik informatie door eigen observaties in verschillende
situaties en gesprekken met betrokkenen. Ik pas hierbij verschillende
observatiemethodieken en -technieken toe. Ik leg deze schriftelijk vast en
rapporteer hierover aan mijn naaste collega de moeder van het kind en de
leidinggevende van kinderopvang Twinkel.
Het resultaat wat ik lever is dat ik de ontwikkeling van het kind en zijn
behoeften en wensen duidelijk heb vastgesteld doormiddel van
begeleiding.
