SWOT analysis of apple:
Strengths: One of apples strengths is their brand. It is one of the world's most known
brand. Apple uses their brand to sell a lifestyle of activity. That is their market strategy they
use to market their products. That is the reason of why apples always have a high profit
margins when they launch new devices.
Another strength Apple has is their loyal customer base. Thanks to Apples, customer
experience customers will not switch phones to another companies or brands.
Apples products is very easy to use and has a a lot of features which satisfy the customers.
The advantage with this is that Apple will make more profit and get more customers
worldwide. Disadvantage is that the more features they introduce and new products the
launch, it will become expensive and some people won't be able to afford it, but the old
ones will be cheaper.
Weakness: One weakness is Apple’s pricing their products are only affordable to middle-
and high-class people. The lower-class people will not be able to purchase it. Because they
cannot afford with it. Also, that the lower-class people are most buyers on a global scale.
This helps apple to get high profit margin, but they leave out the majority of byers.
