1. Je legt uit wat de consequenties zijn van de betreffende operaties op het fysiotherapeutisch
handelen aan de hand van betrokkenen weefsels en hun fases van herstel.
2. Je schetst gezondheidsproblemen, waarbij je relevante kennis uit de fundamentele
wetenschappen als anatomie, fysiologie, pathologie en de gedragswetenschappen toepast,
die kunnen ontstaan na operatief ingrijpen, waarin de onderste extremiteit een rol speelt.
3. Je voert een anamnese om het probleem met bewegen helder te krijgen.
4. Je voert het lichamelijk onderzoek uit gericht op de verwachten problemen.
5. Je beargumenteert de opgestelde fysiotherapeutische diagnose en hulpbehoevendheid bij
cliënten die een operatie aan de onderste extremiteit hebben ondergaan.
6. Je stelt een behandelplan op in samenspraak met de (simulatie) cliënt aan de hand van
diverse postoperatieve fysiotherapeutische protocollen en richtlijnen om problemen die
ontstaan zijn door operatief ingrijpen te behandelen.
7. Je voert het opgestelde behandelplan uit.
8. Je documenteert je fysiotherapeutisch handelen in het dossier.
9. Je schetst de rol van andere zorgprofessionals die betrokken zijn bij het herstel na
postoperatief ingrijpen.
10. Je ontwikkelt je verder in de HBO-studievaardigheden en leert jezelf hierin kennen.
