Rekenen met hefbomenVerhouding werkkracht en spierkracht
Als je 2x zo zwaar bent dan de persoon op de andere kant, dan moet je 2x zo ver weg gaan zitten. Om
de werkkracht zo groot mogelijk te maken moet je ervoor zorgen dat je arm van de spierkracht zo
groot mogelijk is. De spierkracht en werkkracht hebben namelijk dezelfde verhouding als de grootte
van de armen. Als de arm van de werkkracht 4x zo klein is als de arm van de spierkracht, dan is de
werkkracht 4x zo groot.
Evenwicht
Als je mooi in balans wil blijven ook wel evenwicht genoemd. Dan is de vermenigvuldiging van de
kracht en de arm aan de linkerkant gelijk aan de vermenigvuldiging van de kracht en de arm van de
rechterkant: hefboomwet
