Ik ben en studeer HBO Technische bedrijfskunde aan de NCOI. Ik ben nu ongeveer 25 jaar werkzaam
in de autobranche op het gebied van aftersales en bekleed de functie van aftersales manager. De
aftersales bestaat uit alle processen die plaatsvinden na de verkoop van een auto binnen de
afdelingen: werkplaats, receptie en het magazijn.
In dit opleidingsportfolio van de modules Professioneel en oplossingsgericht werken,
Procesmanagement en Toegepaste technische bedrijfskunde heb ik diverse opdrachten uitgewerkt.
Dit zijn twee opdrachten per module waarvan de opdrachtsoorten variëren (bijv. groeps- of
voorbereidingsopdrachten).
Voor de uitwerking van opdrachten die in de praktijk toegepast moesten worden, heb ik de organisatie
waar ik werkzaam ben als uitgangspunt genomen. De bedrijfsnaam en de merken die wij als
