‘KLASMANAGEMENT’
ð Regels, autoriteit, discipline, tucht, orde, regels ... link met problemen: een lastige leerling,
pestgedrag, gedesinteresseerde leerlingen, lage motivatie, gedragsproblemen, geweld in de
klas, cyberpesten, klimaatspijbelen, eten en drinken tijdens een les, vervalsen van ..
Het gaat altijd over de leerling. Men attribueert het probleem van KM bij een leerling … t.e.m.
klimaatspijbelaars. Nu is er plots een actor die daartoe oproept … de schepen van onderwijs.
Bij die nieuwe visie wordt er veel meer gefocust bij KM op school en leraar. KM is meestal iets na de
feiten, nadat er zich iets voorgedaan heeft = kritische incident rapportage. “aja er is iets gebeurd”
è Visie van deze cusus: Zorg dat je weet wat er aan de hand is … OP VOORHAND! Zorg dat je je
leerling kent!
