,Voorwoord
Geachte Raad van Bestuur,
Wij zijn vijf studenten van Avans Hogeschool en zitten in het tweede
leerjaar van de opleiding Hbo-Management, economie en recht. Via school
hebben wij de opdracht gehad om een adviesrapport te schrijven voor uw
organisatie, daar hebben wij de afgelopen zeven weken hard aan gewerkt.
Hierbij bieden wij u het adviesrapport “Moving forward to excellence” aan.
Misschien hebt u een lichte afkeer van deze titel. “Doen we het dan nog
niet excellent?” zult u misschien denken. Jazeker, uit ons rapport komt
naar voren dat Plieger het op alle punten goed doet. Maar u als
ondernemers weet dat er altijd ruimte is voor verbetering. Daarom zijn wij
diep ingegaan op uw gehele organisatie. Vervolgens hebben wij vijf
aanbevelingen gevonden waar verdere verbetering ervoor zal zorgen dat
