Ademhaling
Luchtwegen:
- Bovenste luchtwegen neus, mond, keelholte en sinussen
- Onderste luchtwegen van trachea tot de alveoli
Diffusie oppervlakte van de alveoli (gasuitwisseling).
- Gasuitwisseling vindt plaats door middel van diffusie (Diffusie: gas gaat van hoog
naar laag).
- In de longblaasjes vindt de gaswisseling plaats
Spieren leveren de arbeid voor het in- en uitademen (arbeid voor verversing).
- Ademhalingsbewegingen: inspiratie (inademen) en expiratie (uitademen)
- Onderbrekingen van het ademritme
Ventilatie (verversen van de lucht):
- 0,35 liter verse lucht komt per inademing in de longblaasjes in rust.
- Functionele residuele capaciteit (FRC) is de oude lucht in de longen en deze bedraagt
2 tot 3 liter in rust.
- In rust wordt 10% van de oude lucht aldus vervangen door de verse lucht.
Perfusie van de longen (doorbloeding):
- Hartminuutvolume
- Regionale verschillen
Ventilatie en de perfusie moeten altijd op elkaar afgestemd zijn,
Regulatie van het ademhalingscentrum:
- Rekkingssensoren en de chemosensoren via de n.vagus (input)
- Ademhalingscentrum (sensorverwerking en regulatie)
- In en uitademing, ademfrequentie en ademdiepte via n. phrenicus en nervi
intercostales
Respiratie (ademhaling)
- Opname zuurstof, hiervoor is oxidatie (verbranding) van voedsel nodig.
- Afgifte kooldioxide en andere afvalproducten
Ademhalingsorganen:
- Bovenste luchtwegen
o Neusholte
o Mondholte
o Keelholte (pharynx)
o Strottenhoofd (larynx)
o Luchtpijp (trachea)
o Rechter- en linker bronchus (hoofdtak)
