- I found that some of the language used is on a professional level.
- For these websites there is a wide range audience from the highly educated, the athlete,
professional working class, people with a formal educated, people without a formal education,
coaches/scouts and people from all over the world.
- There were topics ranging from dealing with covid-19, doping in different sports, amateur
athletes, amateur sports, international sports, how there are laws convening the different sports,
telecasting of professional and collegiate sports, labor and legal issues, therapeutic use
exemption, spoke about approved or accredited laboratories to conduct the drug test.
- A lot of the websites have social media pages where you can make contact with them or if you
just want to leave a comment about an article you read or if you looking for more information.
- There are some line and bar graphs that show different visual data and display statistics. There
are some pictures of athletes, equipment, aerial photos of live games, candid photos along with
varies other types of photos.
5. Here are a few tips that you may field help when communicating in my field.
To sum it all up. I have listed below a couple of skills, that I truly feel will help anyone who is
new to Sports Management field to be success from day one. This is just my opinion and not
anything written in stone that says, by doing this we guarantee you will be successful.
1. People skills - You will have to deal with all sorts of people across different specializations,
including medical professionals, trainers, legal experts, financial experts, the press, fans and
family members. One of the main tasks involve helping your sports client to prioritize the
demands on their time to focus on what matters most in their career and public persona. You are
the gate keeper and facilitator, which means exercising your people skills to make sure that
everyone stays on schedule, delivers on the tasks assigned to them and stays on track with
regards to meeting common goals.
