Energy system
Introduction:
Without our three key energy systems, we could not function properly. Because them 3
energy systems can deliver energy very fast when we need it in extreme use, for example in
a demanding situation such as high-intensity activities. Which we need quick asses to energy
system so that we could get the energy to do that intensity activity, or long-term energy
system so we get constant energy supply for a long-term period of time.
Our body has the ability to extract energy from different types of foods also have the ability
to transfer contractile proteins in the muscles. Which, can then determine how much we
have the capacity for different types of sports and there need (durations) also different
intensity’s which activities the different types of the energy system.
ATC – PC is located in the muscles when you require it the most, Such as when you are
performing at the level where a big amount of force and speed is required. ATP will lose PC
(phosphate) so that it can realise energy so that it can give the energy to muscles that
require a lot of energy so that the muscles can contract at its best. Also when (CHO)
carbohydrates and fat are broken down it becomes/ made into ATP is formed only molecule
ATP (adenosine triphosphate) when broken realising energy for the activity that is very high
in intensity.

ATP-PC Anaerobic system:
ATP–PC anaerobic system it is used for high-intensity sports, such as 100-meter sprint, 200-
meter sprint, and quick type of movement also known as explosive, such as shot put in
athletics. Because the sport that they do that I have given example offs, are required to use
the ATP-PC energy system. Because the movement that they have created was very short
and demanded high muscle contraction. Which is why it required a lot of energy to perform
