For my promotonal material I will c reate and use an eye-c atc hinn brinht and full of c olours slonans
poster with the intenton of promotnn the 18-30’s holiday c lub to ubrovnik, the poster will be
brinht and eye c atc hinn to appeal and c atc h the atenton on new potental c ustomers.
Tarnet market: My tarnet market for this poster will be younn adults aned between 17-31 years old,
some of whic h minht be c ollene students, university nraduates or part tme workinn younn adults so
it is very important for me to make them aware of the c heap deals that Thomas Cook 18-30s c lub
will/is oferinn.
Timiin: All type of holidays to ubrovnik will be launc hed from the beninninn of June 2019,
therefore I will release my promotonal material (Poster) in Marc h 2019 as it will nive my potental
c ustomers plenty of tme to net to know the deal and have tme to book it. I have started to plan my
projec t in 2018 already as I had to do a c lear researc h on what kind of holiday younn people prefer
to travel to the most, what is their budnet that they are willinn to spend and what kind of exc ursions
are the bookinn the most, I have rec eived all the answers to queston above from the survey that I
c reated from my task 2.
Budnet: The will be equitably bin bec ause of the fac t that I will be c reatnn the poster myself so not
muc h money will be needed as I will not be spendinn any money on a nraphic desinner however a
sum of money will need to paid to the printnn c ompany who will print a mass amount if the posters.
The posters onc e printed will then be displayed in ninht-c lubs, airports and loc al travel anenc ies who
may ask for a c ertain amount of money for allowinn me to insert my promotonal material in their
stores. For suc h c heaper alternatves I will also be askinn a few c ollenes and universites to display
my posters I as they will most likely do it for free out of any c harne.
Promotoial methodes uesed: For my promotonal methods I will make a poster as well as advertse
the 18-30s Club on soc ial media. I will be c reatnn a poster by myself to save money and not havinn
to pay for a nraphic desinner, so therefore I will be havinn more money lef to pay for my
advertsement on soc ial media. I will be distributnn my poster in loc al sc hools, c ollenes and
universites to make sure that I will be appealinn the rinht tarnet market. I will start distributnn my
poster at the beninninn of January to allow my c ustomers to purc hase their tc kets as my ofer will
start from April. Another promotonal method that I will be usinn will be small c lic k bars that will
appear on soc ial media platorms suc h as Fac ebook or Instanram on peoples feed. The c ost for this
type of advertsement will c ost me about: £200. My promoton budnet will ranne from £500-£1000.
