Ie Thomas Cook is a public limited companye They are involved in inbound and domestc
tourism and they are horizontal integrated as well as vertcally and is controlled by a Board
of trustees and shareholderse The documents they needed to set up the business were a
certfcate of incorporatons, memorandum of associaton and an artcle of associaton and
fnally the liability is limitede The determinaton of the organisaton is to provide package
