-P-15 Certificate of Fitness (C of F) - -• the dispensing of liquid motore fuel
at motor fuel dispensing faciltites shall be cnducted by or under the
supervision of a P-15 C of F holder, who shall be responsible to ensure that
dispensing operatipns are conducted and the facility is maintained:
•Dispensing operations shall be conducted by or under the personal
supervision of P-15 C of F holder at Self Service automotive liquid motor fuel-
dispensing facilities
•Dispensing operations shall be conducted by or under the personal
supervision of P-15 C of F holder at Fleet liquid motor fuel-dispensing
facilities
•Dispensing operations shall be conducted by or under the personal
supervision of P-15 C of F holder at Full Service automotive liquid motor fuel-
dispensing facilities
-ALL PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES OF FITNESS SHALL BE READILY AVAILABLE
ON THE PREMISES FOR INSPECTION BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
REPRESENTATIVES. NO P-15 C of F HOLDER ON DUTY FOR SUPERVISING THE
DISPENSING OF LIQUID MOTOR FUEL MAY CAUSE THE ISSUANCE OF A
