Introduction
• Hello everybody. My name is ……. and first, I would like to thank
you for attending the welcome meeting on the 8th April. I will try to
not keep you here long as I am sure you want to explore the
excursions and the hotel, so basically the reason I am having this
welcome meeting is to tell you a bit about the hotel, and advise
you about the areas around THE HOTEL. The name of the hotel is
Gran hotel Atlantis Bahia real. later you will have the opportunity to
ask any questions you may have and book the excursions at the
end. My duty times are 9-12 and 5-8 if you need any additional
information about the excursions you can find me in the reception
area on ground floor near the entrance. My day off is on Friday so
if you need help you can contact to an emergency number which
you can find on the leaflet on my desk. The local time is 2pm so
make sure you have adjusted your watches. The local currency is
euro and the current exchange rate is 1.23
