Outlines the parts of a will stating how to draft them following the appropriate law. It then goes in depth to talk about the provisions to be included and how to appoint guardians and the classifications of gifts.
This document goes through the requirements needed for creating a will while providing both case law and statute supporting the requirements. It then goes on to describe the capacity, knowledge and intention needed and explains what these mean in a legal context.
Goes through the regulations and guidance for creating a lasting power of attorney. It provides case law and statutes surrounding registration, uses and rules surrounding who can become a lasting power of attorney.
Outlines the section 9 formalities required to be followed when drafting a will with the relevant cases to support. It states the purposes and considerations to be made throughout the drafting process and the exceptions to certain rules.
These notes take into account what you are legally allowed to use in a will alongside what should be included and why. It will then describe the rules on extrinsic evidence and how to rectify issues within a will. The construction of a will includes the interpretation rules and describes the case law surrounding it. 
They then go on to explain how to draft certain kinds of gifts in order to avoid issues of construction and states why gifts may fail.
The 3,000-word summative module individual report requires you to choose your own topic/case study to investigate. Individual choice encourages you to take responsibility for your research.
