- Leefomgeving (anaeroob/aeroob)
- Voedselherkomst (auto-/heterotroof)
- Celvorm (bolletjes/staafjes)
- Celwandverschillen (reactie op kleurstoffen)
Microbioom = alle bacteriën op & in het lichaam.
Cholera choleratoxine darmcellen geven Cl- af aan darminhoud waterafgifte uitdroging.
Anatoxine-a = very fast death factor tast zenuwen aan ademhaling stopt.
Contact virus met cel:
1. Virus hecht aan receptoreiwit op het celmembraan van de gastheercel endocytose.
2. Erfelijk materiaal komt vrij.
3. Integrase (enzym) bouwt erfelijk materiaal van het DNA-virus in in DNA van de gastheercel
3.a. RNA-virussen brengt ook reverse transcriptase (enzym) in om RNA in DNA te krijgen. Enzym
vertaalt RNA naar enkelstrengs DNA + DNA-polymerase vd gastheercel dubbelstrengs DNA. Na
transcriptie en translatie ontstaan nieuwe virusdeeltjes.
Niet specifieke afweer = opruimsysteem van bepaalde typen witte bloedcellen & bloedeiwitten
lichaamsvreemde stoffen worden onschadelijk gemaakt.
Lichaamsvreemde stoffen worden aangegeven door antigenen, bestaande uit virale eiwitten.
MHC-I-molecuul = eiwitmolecuul in lichaamscel die niet tot afweersysteem behoort, bevestigd
antigenen aan celmembraan (vlaggenstok).
Antigeen = molecuul wat afweersysteem kan activeren.
Antistof = eiwit van gedifferentieerde B-lymfocyt, maakt gericht bepaald antigeen onschadelijk.
B-lymfocyt = Lymfocyt, uit rood beenmerg; lymfocyt = bepaald type witte bloedcel: NK-cel, B-
lymfocyt & T-lymfocyt.
Macrofaag = witte bloedcel, ruimt op wat niet in het lichaam hoort.
Elke lichaamscel presenteert via MHC-I-molecuul antigenen, stukjes eiwitten. Besmette cel (viraal)
maakt ook viruseiwitten in stukjes afgebroken antigenen celmembraan geïnfecteerd.
Complementsysteem = verschillende typen bloedeiwitten die vreemde/geïnfecteerde cellen
opruimen.
