that not only do people have to deal with the virus itself, but with a host of different bacteria that

are multi-drug resistant. This article was written by two members of different European Infection

Disease Prevention and Control centers in order to inform and make aware of the situation

regarding COVID-19 that not only centers around the virus itself, but the unknown side effects

that come along with it, meant for both the public and health professionals alike in its easy

only does it discuss in detail how antibiotic resistance may occur in general, but also because it is

in tandem with the pandemic that is currently going on in the year 2021. The authors collected a

table of evidence discussing factors that may influence levels of antimicrobial resistance during

the pandemic, using resources from the World Health Organization as well as the European

Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC). The information in this article is credible.
