Fysiotechniek (ook wel fysische therapie in engere zin genoemd) is het toendienen van natuurkundige
prikkels via apparatuur di gebruikt worden in de fysiotherapeutische praktijk. We maken onderscheidt in
verschillende soorten prikkels:
- Prikkels van elektrische/elektromagnetische aard
o Elektrotherapie
- Prikkels van thermische aard
o Warmte therapie
o Koude therapie
- Prikkels van mechanische aard
o Ultrageluid
- Prikkels van gecombineerde aard
Voor fysiotechniek geldt het volgende minimumschema
Anamnese
- Algemene contra-indicaties uitsluiten
- Specifieke contra-indicaties uitsluiten
- Anamnese t.a.v. de te behandelen aandoening
Onderzoek
- Inspectie van de huid
- Sensibiliteitstest
- Palpatie
Voorbereiding behandeling
- Mogelijke demonstratie docent
- Instructie
- Juiste uitgangshouding
- Apparatuur en benodigdheden klaarmaken

Behandelen
