, Inleiding
Voor de module “Smart Concepts” is Leger des Heils gekozen als opdrachtgever voor dit
onderzoek. Er zal onderzoek gedaan worden naar de organisatie en kijken waar er eventuele
verbeterpunten zitten wat betreft het bestrijden van eenzaamheid onder tienermoeders in
Nederland. Als eerst komt dan de deskresearch aanbod waarbij er onderzoek gedaan zal
worden naar wat de organisatie precies doet. Hierna komt de deskresearch en fieldresearch.
Vervolgens de doelgroepanalyse, de destep analyse, swot analyse, context-, persona- en
empathy map. Ook zullen er drie tienermoeders geïnterviewd worden om te kijken wat hun
mening is en wat zei vinden over de organisatie. Aan de hand van deze resultaten zal er een
nieuw concept bedacht worden voor het Leger des Heils.
