Samenvatting LNAH1. De student laat zien hoe hij de kennis over etiologie, symptomatologie, herstel en
prognose van afasie dysartrie dysfagie communicatieproblemen t.g.v. dementie
neurologische communicatiestoornissen degeneratieve neurogene aandoeningen
(MS, Parkinson, ALS…) (in het vervolg: ‘logopedische stoornissen bij NAH’)
toepast in aangeboden casuïstiek, indien aanwezig volgens de geldende
richtlijnen.
2. De student doorloopt de verschillende fasen van het Methodisch Logopedisch
Handelen (logopedisch onderzoek, analyse/formuleren diagnose, globaal en
specifiek behandelplan, evaluatie/afsluiting) bij casuïstiek betreffende logopedie
bij NAH, indien aanwezig volgens de geldende richtlijnen.
3. De student gebruikt zijn kennis van andere aandoeningen, bijv.
neuropsycholische functiestoornissen adequaat bij het MLH van cliënten met
NAH.
4. De student werkt binnen de verschillende schakels van ketenzorg inter- en
intraprofessioneel samen om effectieve afstemming en besluitvorming rond de
cliënt met NAH te realiseren.
5. De student demonstreert logopedische vaardigheden in simulatie volgens de
daarvoor geldende richtlijnen.
6. De student past communicatieve vaardigheden toe in interactie met een fictieve
cliënt of discipline.
