There are several methods or technique which can be used to convert numbers from one

base to another. The three conversion methods are Binary Numbers, Decimal systems, and

Hexadecimal Number systems. Binary numbers are known as base 2 numeral system that uses

two digits 0 or 1. Binary works like base 2 system. Each column represents a value. A computer

can understand binary numbers and decode the data to process it. Binary numbers also used

electronic and digital logic design. The binary numbers system is a base 2 system that uses only

the numerals 0 and 1 to represent “off “and “on” in a computer's electrical system [ CITATION

Ang19 \l 1033 ].

The Decimal System is a commonly used system around the world. Based on the values

of 0-9. Every number in this system has its value and point. A Decimal system is a number

system that uses a notation on which each number is expressed in base 10 by using one of the

first nine integers or o in each place and letting each place value be a power of 10 2. This is

called the Hindu-Arabic number system.

Hexadecimal numeral system is also base 16. This system is a positional numeral system

that represents numbers using a radix base of 16. Hexadecimal uses 16 distinct symbols, most

often symbols 0-9 to represent values 0 to 9, and “A-F” to represent values 10 to 15

[ CITATION Wik21 \l 1033 ]. This is another way to express a binary numeral input or output in

a byte. These eight binary digits are normally represented in base 18 formats.
