Even if the phone is destroyed during arrest the video can not be erased. Once recording is in progress, the footage is automatically sent to the server of the organization. Due to events of the past few years, this app can be a viable resource for officers as well as citizens. This app claims to not disrupt any other features of your mobile device which I do not see any reviews stating if that is accurate or not. This app was first launched by the New York branch of the ACLU in 2013. There are many states that have adapted the use of this app which include Mississippi, Nebraska, Missouri, Oregon, North Carol
