▪ Kies hiervan 1 factor/knelpunt. Werk deze factor/knelpunt die de kwaliteit van het werk beïnvloedt
concreet uit.
▪ Beschrijf concreet waarom juist dit onderwerp een bijdrage kan leveren aan de
kwaliteitsverbetering van de organisatie. Wat is de huidige situatie en wat is de gewenste situatie?
▪ Analyseer het aandachtspunt
▪ Beschrijf de gewenste kwaliteit
