We are intending to start a partnership company that would deal with electric motors in
manufacturing efficient electric bikes that would be affordable for legible consumers. The
electric bike sector in the industry has exhibited high and poor quality utilities with no regard to
older adults’ needs and affordable pricing. Quality electric bikes are unfavorably expensive,
while those of poor quality operate inefficiently. We intend to enter the market and aid in filling
the gap and provide quality electric bicycles that are also affordable. We are four individuals,
highly experienced in engineering, production management, marketing, and financing fields and

We can create and manage a successful business as we have the experience and essential
skills that are critical for the main business operations, which encompass finance, production
management, engineering, and marketing. We have worked at Tesla for a long time and have

colleagues and I would portray strong leadership qualities, be serial innovators, and have high
self-motivation, peer networks, competitive spirit, and display a sense of integrity and business
ethics (Delgado‐García et al., 2012).

leadership style would be commendable. It would ascertain the company’s going concern and
ensure that employees continue improving their skills and career (Buil et al., 2019). The
transformative leadership style extends the scope of decision-making, enhances
communication, and enhances the establishment of positive relations in the business
environment. The company should be able to compete favorably in the market, and innovation
