Company Descriptions
Universal Drones Inc. was formed to give customers a faster, cheaper supplier to
purchase from. Our mission statement is “To create affordable and well-built navigation
systems for all.” The products that we manufacture are drone navigation systems. Our key
personnel include the managers of the security team, operations, quality control, safety, as well
as our designers and administrative assistants. Universal Drones Inc. has a targeted client base
that includes, but is not limited to, the government and privately-owned businesses.
VectorCal was formed because there was a need for a product that they could
manufacture. VectorCal’s mission statement is “To create drone navigation systems.” The
product they manufacture is navigation systems for drones. VectorCal’s key personnel is much
the same as ours, such as, the security team, operations, quality control, safety, and designers.
Their targeted client base is different governments and the military.
Pricing Analysis Methods When Forecasting Government Expenses
VectorCal uses the cost-plus-profit pricing method when contracting with the government
since they are the only competitor able to mass produce the drone navigation system. The
government usually uses the market-based pricing method because price competition between
