towards achieving the set goals and objectives of the company. In ACME Company's case, their
cooperation in graphics, digital, communication, and fictional became more prosperous through
proper HRM. Mary is the head of HR, and she works to ensure ACME Company is improving in
its profit-making strategies and its influence on society (Noe, 2017, p. 451-462). A company's
HRM oversees selecting the organization's team, training, and motivation to accomplish the short

The Human Resources department's role at ACME Co. would be selecting and recruiting
all employees, beginning at the highest-ranking members to the manual team members. The
employees selected by HR include digital printers, graphic designers, photographers, managers,

department highlights the requisites, skills, and expertise required for a particular job to ensure
