Mijn naam is Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, ik ben 27 jaar en ik ben momenteel werkzaam bij Xxxxxxx als
business consultant. Xxxxxxx is een IT-dienstverlener die verschillende branches voorziet van IT-
systemen zoals: bibliotheken, zakelijk dienstverlening, industrie en productie, zorg en de publiek
sector. Xxxxxxx bestaat al 20 jaar en heeft ongeveer 40 medewerkers in Nederland (XXXXX, 2019).
Zie Bijlagen Figuur I en Tabel I voor de organigram.
Bij mijn huidige werkgever heb ik mijn eigen afdeling “Business Consultancy” opgericht. Mijn functie
houdt in dat ik aan de hand van de processen en business een organisatie adviseer. Dit stelt Xxxxxxx
meer in staat om langere samenwerkingen aan te gaan met klanten.
Aan het begin van mijn loopbaan bij Xxxxxxx heb ik een onderzoek verricht over het aanbrengen van
meer structuur omtrent datamanagement. Dit voorgaande onderzoek zorgt voor input voor de huidige
moduleopdracht.
