María y José son dos hermanos egresados de la UPC y están en la disyuntiva de
crear un nuevo negocio o enrolarse en una empresa. Ambos evaluaron crear un
negocio en torno a un food truck donde ofrecerían alimentos de rápida rotación y se
ubicaría cerca de los puntos de diversión del distrito donde viven.
Según las proyecciones los ingresos promedio mensuales serían de S/ 15,000. Los
costos en insumos son de S/ 4,200, el sueldo de un asistente de cocina S/ 1200;
licencias y pago de servicio de luz S/ 250; costos indirectos S/ 350 y vigilancia S/
1,000 (todos los costos son expresados por mes). Asimismo, comprarán
herramientas y equipos por un valor de S/ 22,000. Alquilarán el food truck por un
año por S/ 24,000. María y Carlos se asignarán S/ 2,000 mensuales cada uno como
sueldo. (no considere en sus cálculos el pago de gratificaciones ni otros beneficios
sociales pues están prorrateados en el sueldo mensual). Para solventar los gastos
retiraran de su cuenta de ahorros S/100,000 de un banco local quien les da 2% de
interés anual y solicitaran un préstamo bancario de S/50,000 que les cobrará al
término del año un 4% de interés. Ambos han tenido propuestas para entrar a
trabajar de practicante teniendo ofrecimientos de S/ 2,000 mensuales cada uno (no
considere en sus cálculos pago de gratificaciones ni otros beneficios sociales pues
están prorrateados en el sueldo mensual)
a.- Calcule el beneficio contable anual del emprendimiento de María y José.
- El beneficio contable anual del emprendimiento de María y José, es de 48, 000
soles.

b.- Calcule el beneficio económico anual del emprendimiento de María y José.
