Na drie jaar business studies heb ik mezelf ontwikkelt tot een ‘’reflective practitioner’’ die in
staat is om zijn eigen handelen en de effecten ervan te reflecteren, om zodoende zijn
functioneren als professional doorgaand te blijven verbeteren.
Hoofdstuk 1 bevat een korte terugblik op jaar 1 en 2, hoofdstuk 2 gaat over ‘’Inhalen en
Behalen’’, hoofdstuk 3 gaat over vooruitkijken aan de hand van de competenties die ik al
bezit en de competenties die ik moet ontwikkelen en hoofdstuk 4 bevat de beschrijving van
wat er van mijn voornemens terecht is gekomen en waarom het zo gelopen is.
