It has become extremely important to not only treat the persons physical needs but to also to also tret them mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Addressing all the needs of the patient can create the healing environment needed for them to pull through and get better. A spiritual needs assessment may help to make sure that of the needs of the patient are met. For this paper I conducted a spiritual needs assessment on Nina, a 40 year old female that has been diagnosed with Lupus and Celiac Disease. She was recently diagnosed after several test and procedures.
