Agreeing on the order of authorship prior to completing the work can facilitate less disagreement regarding the order of authorship later in the publication proces s” (Privitera, 2019, p. 446). Presenting a poster “is a concise description of a research study in a display of text boxes, figures, and tables shown on a single large page” (Privitera, 2019, p. 447). This helps catch the eye of the audience. The sections for a poster are organized in ways that don’t necessarily meet the APA guidelines. Authors keep titles short; and font size should not be smaller than 20 points. Font needs to be consistent; colors and borders are included to catch the eye of the reader. A school logo can be displayed on the poster, sections must all be in logical order. “The sections in a poster include the title, the abstract or overview, the method and results, figures and tables, conclusions or implicati ons, and a list of key references” (Privitera, 2019, p. 448).
