Groeit een gezwel door het epitheelweefsel heen? nee- Carcinomen à ontspringt vanuit dekweefsels
mammacarcinoom, colon/rectumcarcinoom, broncuscarcinoom etc
- Sarcomen à ontspringt vanuit steun- en bindweefsels
- Osteosarcoom vanuit bot)
- Liposarcoom vanuit vet
- Myosarcoom gladspierweefsel bijv. een vleesboom
1. Ongecontroleerde (onbeheerste) celdeling, de groei gaat zijn eigen weg (autonome groei)
2. Invasieve (vernietigend) (kwaadaardig of infiltratief en destructief) of expansieve (in
omvang) (veelal goedaardig) uitbreiding in het omliggende weefsel.
3. Metastasering ofwel uitzaaiingen van kwaadaardige cellen via de lymfe of het bloed naar
andere organen en weefsels. Een goedaardig gezwel blijft meestal plaatselijk en expansief
doorgroeien.
Mitose en meiose
Moedercel = begincel. Kopieert zich in 2 dochtercel
Cytokinese = de verdeling van de cytoplasma waardoor de 2 dochtercellen worden
gescheiden, en zo de mitose voltooid
Haploid:
met
slechts de helft van het normale aantal chromosomen; een
kenmerk van geslachtscellen. meiose: celdeling waarbij gemeten worden gevormd; dit
zijn cellen met de helft van het aantal chromosomen van een normale cel.
Geslachtsceldeling
Diploid: met den volledig set chromosomen in lichaamscellen (23 paar in cellen van de
mens). Mitose: de deling van 1 cel waarbij 2 identieke dochtercellen worden gevormd; het
belangrijkste mechanisme voor weefselgroei. = gewone celdeling
Weefsels
Lichaamsweefsel is opgebouwd uit vele cellen. Er zijn 4 hoofdtypen weefsel:
Epitheelweefsel/dekweefsel
Bedekt het lichaam en bekleedt lichaamsholten, holle organen en de verschillende kanalen
en afvoerbuizen van het lichaam. Ook klieren zijn opgebouwd uit epitheelweefsel. De functie
kan zijn:
- Bescherming van onderliggende structuren tegen bijvoorbeeld uitdroging, chemische
of mechanische schade.
- Secretie (uitscheiding, bijvoorbeeld van zweet)
- Absorptie
