, Inleiding
Dit afstudeerplan is het vervolg van het praktijkleerplan van vorig semester. In dit afstudeerplan
maak ik inzichtelijk hoe ik mijn laatste leerjaar van sociaal werk ga vormgeven. Dit schooljaar werk ik
in het eerste semester aan het laatste gedeelte van mijn praktijkjaar en het tweede semester staat in
het teken van het advies of ontwerp. Dit laatste schooljaar bestaat met name om mij verder te
professionaliseren als beginnend sociaal werker. Ik ga dit doen door middel van samen te werken
met collega’s, feedback te vragen en te geven, open te staan voor nieuwe leerervaringen die ik tegen
ga komen en tot slot het werken aan mijn leerdoelen. Tijdens dit schooljaar hoop ik meer inzicht te
krijgen in mijn sterke- en zwakke punten, zodat ik weet op welke wijze ik dit tijdens het handelen op
een juiste manier kan inzetten.
