Bitte beurteilen Sie folgenden Titel einer Hausarbeit: „Das Verhalten von
Lehrkräften in Klassen mit hohem Anteil an Schülern mit ausländischem
Hintergrund in Anbetracht des zeitlichen Wandels“. Handelt es sich hierbei um
eine sinnvolle Fragestellung im Rahmen einer psychologischen
Forschungsarbeit? Begründen Sie Ihre Entscheidung.
Der Titel ist formal problematisch. Die Fragestellung sollte sowohl als Frage, als auch
einfach formuliert sein. Zudem müssen alle Variablen empirisch überprüfbar sein. Die
Variablen müssen also operational definiert werden können. Eine experimentelle
Manipulation der Variablen „zeitlicher Wandel“ ist allerdings nicht möglich.
Prinzipiell ist das Thema gut für eine psychologische Forschungsarbeit gewählt, da
Schulklassen mit hohem Anteil an Schülern mit Migrationshintergrund, insbesondere
in Ballungsgebieten, eine hohe gesellschaftliche Relevanz haben. Mit der
Untersuchung kann festgestellt werden, ob Lehrkräfte auf diese Anforderungen gut
eingestellt sind und ggf. Schwachpunkte in deren Ausbildung aufzeigen.
Das Forschungsvorhaben besitzt einen gewissen Schwierigkeitsgrad und lässt sich
nicht einfach durchführen. Dies ist ein positiver Hinweis auf die Güte des Themas.
