, Inleiding
Mijn naam is Tommy Le, ik doe de opleiding Vestigingsmanager Groothandel. Ik volg de
opleiding op de De Rooi Pannen in Tilburg en zit in mijn eindexamenjaar. Voor deze
eindexamenopdracht moet ik een bedrijfsplan opstellen. Deze verslag heb ik grotendeels
gebaseerd op eerdere eindexamenopdrachten die ik moest maken.

Sligro Food Group N.V. © is een horeca groothandel. Als klant bij Sligro is er de keuze uit
circa 60.000 food- en aan food gerelateerde non-foodartikelen (Dit assortiment wordt ook
continu uitgebreid met nieuwe producten van de laatste trends). Klanten van Sligro hebben
de keuze om bezorgt te worden of de producten fysiek aan te schaffen in de vestiging.
Binnen de foodservice sector is Sligro momenteel marktleider. Sligro richt zich daarin op
groot- kleinschalige horeca, recreatieondernemingen, cateraars, bedrijfsrestaurants,
pompshops, MKB, kleinschalige Retail bedrijven, en de industriële markt. Sligro maakt dit
allen mogelijk doormiddel van 50 zelfbedieningsvestigingen en 8 bezorgcentrums. Bij Sligro
Food Group zijn momenteel 11.511 medewerkers actief waarbij de verdeling bestaat uit
4%(452 personen) Foodservice België, 36% (3926 personen) Foodservice Nederland, 4%
(469 personen) Hoofdkantoor en 56% (6228 personen) in de Food Retail.
