Mijn naam is Anne de Bat, ik ben 27 jaar oud. In september 2020 ben ik gestart met de
deeltijdopleiding Bachelor of Nursing op de HZ University of Applied Sciences. Deze deeltijdopleiding
combineer ik met mijn huidige werkzaamheden op de afdeling Ouderenpsychiatrie Voortgezette
Klinische Behandeling (OP-VKB), waar ik nu de functie draag als leerling HBO-verpleegkundige niveau
zes.

Voor u ligt mijn verslag betreft het adviseren over verbetering van kwaliteit patiëntveiligheid.
