VOORWOORD
Deze opdracht is gemaakt in de vierde onderwijsperiode van het
eerste leerjaar binnen de Associate Degree ICT-Service
Management aan de Hogeschool Rotterdam.
Voor deze opdracht heb ik buiten mijn eigen comfort zone
moeten werken en heb ik voor het eerst sinds een lange tijd
creatief over mijn werkrichting kunnen nadenken.
