Seguir una rutina regular de mantenimiento asegurara que el soluble sea siempre
efectivo.
¿Cuál es el propósito del soluble?
Enfriar y lubricar la zona de corte, eliminan virutas del cortador y protegen de la
corrosión a las piezas maquinadas. Y es mas efectivo cuando esta limpio y tiene la
química correcta.
Tipos de soluble y su mantenimiento
Existen 4 tipos de soluble:
• Aceites de corte
• Aceites solubles
• Solubles sintéticos
• Solubles semisintéticos
Aceites de corte
Están hechos de petróleo o minerales que no se disuelven en agua. Son los
primeros que fueron utilizados como aceites de maquinado. Se usan generalmente
en tallado de engranes.
• No se recomienda su uso en máquinas HAAS.
• Se componen de un 50-80% aceite.
• Alta lubricidad.
• Mantienen a las partes libres de oxido.
• No son costosos.
• Son susceptibles a bacterias.
• No tiene tan buen efecto soluble.
• Mayores índices de consumo.
• Su desempeño baja más rápido que otros.
