La sociedad limitadaLa Sociedad Limitada (S.L) o también conocida como Sociedad de Responsabilidad
Limitada (SRL) es una sociedad mercantil; es decir, tiene como objetivo realizar uno o
varios actos de comercio o alguna actividad relacionada al derecho mercantil. Está
compuesta, como su propio nombre indica, por un número limitado de socios.
La responsabilidad de la empresa variará en función del capital, que está integrado mediante
aportaciones de todos sus socios que hayan invertido previamente. Un dato importante a la
hora de invertir, es que sólo se podrán aportar bienes o derechos patrimoniales que puedan
ser valorados económicamente; es decir tienen que tener un coste económico, por lo que no
podrán ser trabajos o servicios.
En caso de contar con deudas, dichos socios no tendrán que responder con su patrimonio
personal; por lo que, gracias a ello, es una de las más utilizadas en España por los
autónomos.
