Art. talocruralis = enkel = bovenste spronggewricht (BSG) is anatomisch een

Onderste sprong gewricht (OSG) = subtalaire systeem bestaat uit art. talocalcaneonavicularis en
het art. subtalaris.
Art. talocalcaneonavicularis is een complex gewricht
tussen: Talus (niet op plaatje), os naviculare en de
calcaneus
Bewegingen:
inversie – eversie combinatie van vlakken, assen
staan nl niet loodrecht op de vlakken (zie afbeeldingen)
In- en eversie-as→ compromis-as
Bewegingen in OSG en BSG treden ALTIJD tezamen
op!!! (talus kan nl niet gefixeerd worden)
Art. subtalaris = gewricht tussen de talus en calcaneus. →
Art. talocalcaneonavicularis = voorste
