Introduction This report is intended to introduce
case studies of organizational behaviors around
Scania, a leading manufacturer and marketing
company for trucks and buses in the world. In
this article I will describe some organizational
behavioral models and theories. In this article, I
will briefly introduce Scania and its core business
and major business. Then, the explanation will
discuss the main reasons and forces that bring
about organizational change through mandatory
management.
Organizational behavior (OB) is a way to study
how people interact in groups. In many cases,
this survey is aimed at creating a more efficient
business organization. The core idea of
organizational behavior research is that scientific
methods can be applied to the management of
workers. Organizational behavior theory is used
for human resources purposes to maximize the
output of individual group members. There are
various models and philosophy in the behavior of
the organization. In the research field, there are
improvement of job performance, improvement
of job satisfaction degree, promotion of
