Scenario
“SIYARA” is a well-established hardware company in Sri Lanka. There are branches in
Kandy, Kurunagala, Anuradhapura, Gampaha and main branch is in Pettah. “SIYARA” has a
web site to promote items but still this business does not use any ecommerce website to fulfil
customer needs even they are famous in Sri Lanka.
Assume as a HND student you got a job opportunity in this company as a trainee marketing
executive. You should be able to answer following questions to say how ecommerce strategies
