Assessment
I had a terrible time completing this assessment. I had a difficult time completing the assessment.
In the next evaluation
I'll go into further detail in my review in the future. I intend to devise a method for systematically asking the questions. This evaluation required additional time to complete the questions. After a while, I realised that I needed to be more understanding of the patient. Between the inquiries, I did my best to be empathic, but it wasn't good enough.

A little research revealed that my fictitious patient is a 28-year-old man with a history of noncompliance with his diabetic treatment plan. There is a major health problem going on, despite the fact that she arrived to the clinic with an unhealed cut in her foot that had been there for two weeks.
