getransleerd ten opzichte van de aangrenzende wervels (die relatief naar posterior transleren).Hierdoor komt er strain op de ligamentaire
structuren. Er wordt vanuit gegaan dat deze strain pijnlijk is bij ‘aangedane’ structuren. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld ontstaan bij een verminderde motor
control van de spieren van de lwk.

- Zet pinkmuis op een spinosi, andere hand over de drukkende hand heen, ga er met je
armen goed boven hangen
- Geef druk naar ventraal
- Ga de verschillende spinosi af. Vraag aan pt wat hij voelt. Loop de hele lumbale
