information and ideas by the event organiser. Communication is
used by the event organiser for the sales exhibition when for
instance, ordering supplies or doing feedback reviews with
customers Communication will result in the event organiser
having a relationship with customers at the sales exhibition
that will give the customers access to be free and open to give
information.
Interpersonal -This can be described as the skill that is required
by the event organiser to be able to interact with customers
and colleges. This skill is mainly for a face to face
communication. Interpersonal skills are used by the event
organiser when doing decision making and being able to do
problem solving this is to identify and solving an issue. For an
example, if the sales exhibition requires more staff, the event
organiser has the ability to recruit employees.
Time management
Time management is a skill whereby the
event organiser has to be able to do certain tasks at the
appropriate time. This is also described as being able to be
organised and being punctual. For instance an event organiser
should be the first person to be available at the sales exhibition
at THE College. Time management is used when producing a
timetable program for the event whereby the occasion will be
