Introduction.
Human resources are all the individuals who work in the firm, as the department in ch
arge of these employees is human resources management, which is also the employee develo
pment department in the organization, as it oversees all aspects of the company's human capit
al management (Human Resources Edu, n.d.). Human Resources (HR) and Human Resource
Management (HRM) perform critical and evolving roles inside organizations. Because every
corporation is the total of its people, including their knowledge, skills, interests, goals, prefer
ences, and emotions, human resource management is critical to the organization's success and
well-being.
Explain the role of Human Resource in Management of Organisations today.
HRM is a multidisciplinary organizational function that includes management,
psychology, sociology, and economics (Senyucel, 2009). Human resource management is
primarily concerned with recruiting, retaining, and developing enterprise personnel
(Malverde, 2014). This definition was slightly expanded by a company to include the
definition and design of work within the organization, as well as employee alignment with
the business, which I agree with. Simply put, human resource management improves
employee effectiveness and thus increases organizational productivity (Inc, n.d.).
What competencies do you consider core for your organization and why?
Organizational core competencies are skills or production techniques that add value to
the organization. To be defined as a core competency, organizational capacity must add
value, be performed by a small number of people or organizations, and be difficult to
replicate (Malverde, 2014).
It has been assumed that developing core competencies better than competitors is the
