Non distress is noted Cardiovascular Mother denies soa, sweating, color changes with feeding, chest pain, palpitations, fainting, or dizziness with activity. Skin Painful rash in mouth Respiratory Mother denies any Soa, wheezing and or cough Eyes Mother do not report any vision or eyes problems Gastrointestinal Mother denies any episode of abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and or vomit. Ears Mother do not mention any ear pain or discharge. Genitourinary/Gynecological System not evaluated Nose/Mouth/Throat Mother denies any nasal secretions, epistasis. Denies sore throat.
