Stakeholder zijn belanghebbende.
Interne stakeholders: directie, toezichthouders (commissarissen), aandeelhouders,

Externe stakeholders: belastingdienst, vakbonden, leveranciers, klanten, banken,
overige geldverstrekkers.
Je kan een onderscheid maken tussen lang en kort/vast en vlottende vreemd
vermogen/activa--> lang/vast is als het de bedoeling is dat het langer dan 1 jaar in je
onderneming blijft. Bij kort/vlottende binnen een jaar weg.
