FEEDBACK
Belangrijk is de timing, inhoud, manier van aanbrengen en dosering van feedback afhankelijk van de cognitieve status
van de patiënt.
Manuele feedback best te gebruiken bij early skill acquisition, later visueel of verbaal of aan de hand van zelfreflectie
Daarnaast is communicatie naar de omgeving en de zorgteams essentieel.
THERAPEUTIC ALLIANCE
Het belang van een persoonlijke connectie met de patiënt en van een samenwerking professioneel en met de familie.
Het doel is dmv samenwerking tot een optimaal functioneringsniveau te komen voor de patiënt (dit niveau is
afhankelijk van de doelstellingen die de patiënt voor ogen stelt), hiervoor is wederzijds vertrouwen belangrijk.
Denk hierbij aan een begroeting bij het binnenkomen, communicatie laten verlopen op oogniveau en een bespreking

- Voetpositionering: voet moet achter de knie ifv balans tijdens de beweging wanneer de Center of Mass over
de Base of Support beweegt
- Voldoende dorsiflexie nodig thv de enkel zodat de knie naar voren kan transleren om de CoM naar voor
richting de BoS te bewegen. Als dit niet gebeurt blijft het zwaartepunt achter de steunbasis en valt met naar
achteren
- En typische compensatie is dat men steun zoekt met de knieën tegen de stoel/tafel
VIDEO 2 :
- Voetpositionering voldoende naar achter, voeten moeten breder uit elkaar staan
- Linkerarm trekt en linkerbeen duwt voornamelijk recht ter compensatie van een krachtdeficiet aan de
rechterzijde door hemiplegie.
- Er is geen weight bearing aan de rechterzijde
- FAME: belang van feedback
o Manueel om de weight bearing te faciliteren
o Visueel adhv een spiegel zodat er meer focus komt naar de rechterzijde
