Inleiding
- 5-6 liter bloed
- 8% lichaamsgewicht
- 75-80 ml per kg lichaamsgewicht
In bloed:
- Plasma: extracellulair vocht met eiwitten & globulines
- Bloedcellen: RBC, WBC, bloedplaatjes/chromocyten
Indien uitstrijkje nemen: bloeddruppel op glaasje + kleuring
Verschillende bloedcellen onderscheiden
Samenstelling plasma:
- Water
- Electrolyten
- Eiwitten (7 g/dl)
o Albumine, alpha-globuline, alpha2-globuline, beta-globuline, fibronogeen
o Onderscheiden via elektroforese
- Koolhydraten
- Lipiden
Plasma <-> serum:

Serum = bloedstaal na klontervorming
Plasma proteïnen & serum proteïnen ongeveer hetzelfde:
- Bandje normaal met fibrogeen is afwezig in serum
